We’re proud to use our In-house apple-based leather,
MelaTex®, for all our products.

MelaTex® is our signature plant-based leather, crafted from apple leftovers and built in New York. Innovative, forward-thinking, and made to last—because the future of luxury is built on quality and creativity.

How is Melatex® made?

APPLE CULTIVATION

It all starts in Upstate New York, where apples from the food and juicing industry are given a second life.

APPLE LEFTOVERS

It starts with apples. Once harvested for juices, jams, and other food products, what’s left behind is often overlooked. These leftovers hold untapped potential—waiting to be reimagined.

UPCYCLING

Through cutting-edge upcycling techniques, apple leftovers are recovered and repurposed—giving new life to what would have been discarded.

APPLE POWDER

An innovative transformation process turns apple leftovers into apple powder, a breakthrough material that lays the foundation for MelaTex®—our signature plant-based leather. Each meter of MelaTex® contains approximately five upcycled apples.

MELATEX® PRODUCTION

Apple powder is blended with natural biopolymers and layered onto recycled textile sheets, creating a durable, high-quality material built for longevity. Every batch is meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards of performance and aesthetics.

RESULT

MelaTex® is more than a material—it’s a testament to how innovation and circular design can redefine luxury. Durable, sustainable, cruelty-free, vegan leather products.
